External Interface to Preceda Mapping Details
This screen maps Payroll Exchange and Preceda to be able to adjust Payroll Exchange values so it would be accepted in Preceda.
Rules and Guidelines
- The mapping done on this screen is for certain employee information. In order for the information to be processed successfully in Preceda, the values need to be "transformed" to valid Preceda values.
- Below is the standard list of PEX fields that require transformation to their counterpart Preceda values:
- Gender
- Marital Status
- Country Code
- Payment Method
- Title
- Employment Type
- Termination Reason
*If required, additional fields can be defined to be transformed through this screen.
Field Information
Mapping Type*
Indicate the type of mapping to be done between Payroll Exchange and Preceda.
Mapping File*
Indicate the file where the mapping between Payroll Exchange and Preceda is to occur.
Mapping Field*
Indicate the field within the set Mapping File where the mapping between Payroll Exchange and Preceda is to occur.
From Value
This is the value from Payroll Exchange that is to be converted to an acceptable counterpart in Preceda.
To Value
Indicate a value for Preceda.
